Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, undertaking to strictly observe and comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal provision that may apply.

IP Addresses

4. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or questions related to this website or the activities that are carried out, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves. The Courts and Tribunals of the USER’s domicile or the place of fulfilment of the obligation shall have sufficient jurisdiction for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use.
